  • Working Days: Our working days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • No Tracking: Please note that shipments are not tracked.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the order total, shipping location, and the chosen delivery method.
  • Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

4. Pickup Option

  • We offer a local pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders.
  • Orders for pickup are typically ready within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
  • Pickup location and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched during our working days (Sunday to Thursday).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment or pickup.

6. Undeliverable Orders

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping orders due to incorrect address details.

7. Delays and Issues

  • While we strive to meet the stated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues.
