Policy Statement

At Yui Lube, customer satisfaction is a priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist with returns under specific conditions. This policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted to ensure clarity and fairness for both Yui Lube and our customers.

Scope

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Yui Lube through our Shopify store.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Unopened Products

    • Customers may return any unopened and unused product in its original condition, packaging, and seal intact.
    • Returns of unopened products must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
  2. Opened or Used Products

    • Unfortunately, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded due to health, safety, and quality assurance considerations.
  3. Return Requests Outside the 7-Day Window

    • Products are not eligible for return if more than 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase date, even if unopened.

Process for Returns

To request a return, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support

    • Email our customer service team HERE within 7 days of purchase.
    • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Await Return Authorization

    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • The RMA number must be included with your return shipment.
  3. Shipping the Product Back

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product.
    • The product must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit and shipped to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Inspection and Refund Processing

    • Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products purchased outside of our Shopify store or through unauthorized sellers.

Additional Information

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos and proof of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
